Lautan Luas Vietnam Co., Ltd. is currently recruiting for the position of Logistics Staff to strengthen the company’s operational workforce. Detailed information regarding the recruitment requirements and compensation package is provided below:

Basic function:
Responsible for warehouse coordination and transportation activities, handling local delivery operations, preparing customs declaration for and supporting the company’s import process. Ensures goods are properly stored, transported, delivered on time, and supported with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate warehouse activities: monitor stock levels, track incoming/outgoing goods, update inventory data, and inspect product condition.
2. Ensure accurate stock control: check physical stock vs. system records, report damages/losses, replenish shortages, and support periodic stock counts.
3. Liaise with transport providers: arrange delivery/pick-up, oversee loading & unloading, and ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
4. Handle logistics documents: verify invoices and purchase orders, maintain delivery and shipment records, and process returned goods.
5. Prepare and process customs declarations for local export/EPZ shipments; manage related documentation and filing.
6. Learn and support import procedures when required, including document review and coordination with logistics partners.
7. Work closely with the CSR/Sales team to maintain adequate stock levels and solve delivery issues.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Supervisor.

Required skills/ Experience:
– University, a related degree is required.
– Able to communicate in English – speaking, writing and reading.
– Expert in office computing
– Good analytical, planning & problem solving skill

Additional Information:
– Work location: Gia Dinh Tower, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City
– Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
