Mô tả công việc/Job description and Việc đảm trách/Job responsibilities1. Legal research: research and draft memos on legal matters relating to EDF-R Vietnam’s operations;2. Legal update: prepare updates on new relevant regulations; 3. Review commercial contracts; 4. Review and/or prepare application dossiers for licensing process; 5. Translate legal department’s documents such as policies, templates of internal approvals and POA, contract templates; 6. Classify and file EDF-R Vietnam’s legal documents to an online system |

Job requirements |
1. Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese;
2. Good research and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese; 3. Being detail-oriented; 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) 5. Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow |
