Job Requirements:
– Final-year students who can commit to work full-time for 6 months from Feb 2025 or fresh graduates
– Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business, Finance, Economics or any related fields.
– Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
– Have good communication and teamwork skills.
– Data-driven and proactiveness. High learning agility and Willing-to-do mindset.
Job Description:
1. Customer Experience Intern
– Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
– Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers as needed.
– Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
– Maintain and update customer records in the system.
– Support in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance.
– Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and working processes.
– Join projects assigned by the Manager
2. Transportation Operation Management Intern
– Assist in monitoring operation status and providing updates to internal teams.
– Collaborate with related departments to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
– Support in analyzing transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Help manage transportation documentation.
– Assist in resolving transportation-related issues and delays.
– Join projects assigned by the Manager.
3. Finance Intern
– Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis.
– Conduct data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
– Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate financial documentation.
– Help with month-end financial close activities.
– Join projects assigned by the Finance Manager
