Position: Customer Success Specialist (B2B/English)
Level: Fresher/Junior
Responsibilities
• Explore and thoroughly understand the company’s technological products.
• Conduct research on the potential of new solutions or pain points of customers.
• Serve as the main contact point for customer care during the pre-sales phase.
• Externally, work with customers to elicit and collect their pain points and requirements.
• Internally, work with the solution board and development team to design solutions, provide quotations, and prepare necessary documents.
• Deliver solutions to customers using various methods such as presentations or demos.
• Undertake other tasks as required by direct management.
• Have the potential to transition to the role Business Analyst (BA), depending on the company’s demand and your caliber.
Required skills and qualifications
• 0-2 years of experience in account management, information system, customer success, and etc. preferably in the IT sector.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, synthesize, and analyze information. Being FTU/UEL graduates is a big plus.
• Having undergone BA/PM courses is a big plus.
• Strong presentation & articulation skills, to convey complex issues in a precise and accessible manner.
• Attention to detail & ability to write software documents, draw mock-ups.
• Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
Preferred skills and qualifications
• General knowledge: marketing, CDP
• Domain knowledge: FMCG, Retails, Banking & Finance
• System knowledge: CRM, ERP, DMS, POS, E-Com
• Degree in: Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Marketing
