Mô tả công việc & việc đảm trách Job description & responsibilities |
1. Finance & Accounting Executive
– Assisting in researching, filling data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records. – Controlling the cost in the office and production AR control: Monitor the collection & accounts receivable, make the customer report – AP: check and put the information related with import material: Indirect Cost, Custom Declaration…. – Fix asset: Fixed Asset registration maintained and updated – Support to make monthly report, and other task would be assigned |
| 2. Purchase & Logistics Executive
– Manage all domestic and oversea orders. – Source suppliers according to the purchasing activities (compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, negotiate contract, follow the contract progress) – Work with forwarders related to the delivery, custom clearance issue. – Coordinate with the production team to ensure safety stock – Input and control the internal system |
