Onsite project management/ Implementation including using project management techniques to successful deliver project as objective

Collaborating with project team member and cross function department to achieve target

Collaborating with Engineering & Maintenance team to follow up action plan of maintenance model ensure achievement according to approved road map

Performance:

• Ensure of all projects are technically fit for purpose and meet the requirements
• Create project plan and supervise implementation to ensure that deadline is followed
• Attends/ In charge of the project process and propose solution and supervises the follow up
• Meeting with project team member & stakeholders to identify and solve issues
• Participant with team for root cause investigation of technical issue
• Coordinating develops of qualification documentation as URS/IQ/OQ, work instruction
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings

Methods

• Follow project activities and preparing progress report by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
• Report to Engineering & Maintenance Head on weekly basic

b/ Requirement:

1. Undergraduate
2. Engineering/Technical/Data Analysis or Business Administration background
3. Planning skill
4. Project management experience is preferred
5. Expat candidate (can communicate by Vietnamese) or Vietnamese candidate (can communicate by English)
6. LEAN knowledge is an advantage
7. Capable to analysis data
8. Presentation skill
9. Interpersonal skill
10. Able to work fulltime for at least 6 months
