The SPX Future Leaders Program (FLP) is a Management Trainee program designed for final-year students and fresh graduates (with less than 2 years of full-time experience) who are eager to grow and thrive in the fast-moving world of logistics and supply chain management. With a structured 2-year development journey, hands-on experience across core business functions, and mentorship from senior leaders, you will be fully equipped to become SPX Operations Supervisors.
Departments: First & Last Miles, Sorting Centre, Transport, and an Office-based operations support function
