✔️Xử lý hàng chỉ định: kiểm tra thông tin, đặt chỗ, gửi booking, bàn giao cho OPS ✔️ Giao dịch với đại lý: báo giá, tư vấn nghiệp vụ, thúc đẩy phát triển hàng chỉ định ✔️ Hỗ trợ khách hàng & Sales: cập nhật lịch tàu, báo giá, theo dõi lô hàng xuất/nhập ✔️ Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công từ cấp quản lý |

🎓 Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Thương mại quốc tế, Vận tải quốc tế, Logistics
📦 Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực forwarding là lợi thế 🤝 Tư duy độc lập, phối hợp nhóm tốt 🗣️ Tiếng Anh khá (TOEIC ≥ 650 / IELTS ≥ 5.5): đọc hiểu chứng từ, viết email chuyên nghiệp, giao tiếp cơ bản |
