I. PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
“Mareso Future Leadership” is a recruitment and talent development program initiated by MARESO. The program aims to nurture future leaders, especially targeting final-year university students and recent graduates who possess outstanding qualities, innovative thinking, and a strong desire to develop their careers in a professional, multicultural, and opportunity-filled environment. II. OBJECTIVES – Select high-potential candidates from top universities – Train candidates through practical, strategic challenges – Build a leadership pipeline in key areas within Mareso III. TARGET PARTICIPANTS – Final-year students or recent graduates (preferably born in 2002–2004) – Relevant majors: Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, High-Tech Agriculture – Must demonstrate: critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, a positive attitude, and a desire for sustainable career growth IV. F First Prize: Receive a cash award of 30,000,000 VND and a 6-month paid internship at Mareso, with a monthly internship salary of 7,000,000 VNDF Second Prize: Receive a cash award of 20,000,000 VND and a 3-month paid internship at Mareso, with a monthly internship salary of 7,000,000 VNDF Third Prize: Receive a cash award of 15,000,000 VND and a 1-month paid internship at Mareso, with a monthly internship salary of 7,000,000 VND Note: All interns will undergo a comprehensive evaluation upon completion, with the potential to receive a full-time job offer from Mareso. |
